Hello, allow me to be the first to welcome you to the site. We here at Balloons and Designs by Mad Hatter, strive to be the very best. I'd like to take this time to introduce who we are and what we do. We are a local company, three years and going strong, we do an array of things. Weddings, Parties, Holidays, anything you can possibly dream up, we can do. Together we have over 8 years of Balloon and Scenography  (Just a fancy word for Set building and design.) experience.  We hope that through using us we can help you make magical memories, and we can help you bring your visions to life.
